It was unforgettable vacation, every thing was extraordinary since we arrived at the RED SEA AIRPORT till we go back .. The staff was amazing, friendly and kind .. The food was good and fresh .. We stayed at beach villa it was well decorated, very luxury and specious , the pool was temperature controlled.. The weather was amazing , day time warm so you can swim and get tanned, night time was cool and very blessed to set out side .. Special thanks to our personal host “MALITHA” and thanks to everyone working at NUJUMA Definitely I will back there..

From the moment I stepped onto the luxurious boat that transports guests to Nujuma, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. The journey alone set the tone, complete with massage chairs and panoramic views of the crystal-clear Red Sea. I was greeted by water so blue it didn’t seem real, with schools of fish visible before we even reached the resort, and the stunning entrance bridge rising in the distance. At every step, I was met with warmth and attentiveness. A refreshing welcome drink and cool hand towel seemed to appear everywhere I went, and my personal host, Stefan, made sure my stay was seamless from start to finish. He gave me a full tour of my spectacular villa, which blended modern luxury with beautiful cultural touches. The private pool, direct beach access, and thoughtful design details made it feel like a dream home. Stefan was responsive and professional, checking in often by text, arranging everything I needed, and even surprising me with a bike adorned with a personalized name tag. Because of him, I was able to experience so many incredible activities throughout my stay, each one more memorable than the last. I explored the mangroves on a wildlife tour and learned about the unique vegetation and animals of the island. I enjoyed sunset yoga with their skilled instructor at the serene yoga pavilion. I attended a stargazing session where I learned about Arabic astrology and the history of the region. I went snorkeling with Baya, whose expertise inspired me to take my very first scuba diving lesson. That lesson, guided by Hasan, opened up an entirely new passion for me. I was nervous at first, but his patient and reassuring instruction gave me the confidence I needed. Our dive at the outer reef revealed a world overflowing with colorful coral, tropical marine life, and the kind of natural beauty that stays with you forever. What truly makes Nujuma exceptional is the way every staff member made me feel genuinely cared for. Everyone knew me by name and greeted me with kindness and generosity. At the spa, my massage therapist, Suraj, immediately recognized the tension patterns in my body and delivered one of the most knowledgeable and restorative treatments I’ve ever received. I also indulged in a facial that left my skin glowing. The food at the resort was consistently fresh and delicious, whether in the restaurants or through in-room dining. At Sita, I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Ashraf, who introduced me to traditional Arabic dishes that I absolutely loved. After I complimented the homemade zaatar, he surprised me with a package to take home to New York City. This level of hospitality was felt everywhere. Nujuma is the kind of place that creates lifelong memories. I made new friends, discovered new passions, and felt inspired every single day. We stayed 2 nights in a sunset water villa on the main ring at Nujuma. As soon as we stepped out of the boat we were welcomed by the most amazing hotel staff I have ever met. No checkin desk, they take you directly to your villa after a welcome drink and refreshing towels. A BIG THANK you to our personal host Heena for making our stay unique. She was always there when needed but also respected our privacy when we wanted to be on our own. The service is fully personalized to make your stay perfect. From breakfast to dinner, all the staff knows your name and learns your preferences. The buggy ride to our villa on the wooden deck on the turquoise water was already an amazing experience in itself. And it was a big WOW when we enter the villa. Very modern but at the same time with traditional materials and what a view!!! The space inside was much bigger than we thought and full of light with the big windows. We loved the pool area and could spend all day there. The outside space was very private and quiet, we felt connected with the blue water. We also loved the white sand beach area to West. We used a bike to get around or a buggy. Our favorite restaurant was the seafood restaurant Tabrah, we recommend the salt crusted lobster and the local fish. Food was reasonably priced. Breakfast was also a highlight every day with great quality food and exceptional service (they have the best French pastries). We felt like we were in paradise and wished we could have stayed longer. If you need to choose one resort for your stay the Red Sea, we highly recommend Nujuma. The only area for improvement would be the boat transfer to the island. The island is far away and if the sea is rough the shared ride is long (45min) and not comfortable. The boat transfer is not operated by Ritz Carlton but by the Red Sea Global (and therefore not included). I found the whole Turtle Bay experience unpleasant. We drove our own car and it was confusing to know where we needed to go. The waiting room was cold and dark and reminded me of a meeting room at work. Next time we will look at private transfer options or sea plane.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Many thanks to Malitha - Our butler who made sure everything went well. Recommend and will visit again.
